At Milakai, we are committed to providing you with high-quality athleisure wear that you love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable and risk-free.

Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Gift cards.
Used & Washed Items
Customised or personalised items.
Items Damaged By Customer

Refund Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at milakaico@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
Return the Item: Ship the product back to us using the address provided by our team. The cost of return shipping will be at your cost unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you bought an item from the markets, exchange can only be taken place at the markets again. If you bought an item and it became damaged after purchase is complete, the customer is liable. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange within the same 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item from an online order, please notify us immediately. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge. If product was purchased at markets, once purchased, customer is liable for any damages or defects.
